The Danish Building and Property Agency provides services to the state institutions and is responsible for building operations, energy optimization and maintenance of all state properties.
The Danish Building and Property Agency's Center for Facility Management ensures that the agency's customers have well-maintained and energy-efficient buildings and that office customers are provided services within cleaning, canteen, internal service, indoor maintenance, care of outdoor areas, waste management, building safety and management of these functions. The services are provided as a complete package by one external supplier, who has a contract with the Danish Building and Property Agency.
The Center for Facility Management ensures together with the rest of the Danish Building and Property Agency, that the Danish Building and Property Agency can provide complete workplaces to the state, so the customers are able to concentrate on the core task.
At the Center for Facility Management, customers have one entrance to the Danish Building and Property Agency, regardless of it is an inquiry regarding the canteen menu, a defective ventilation system or a larger renovation.
The Center for Facility Management is divided into five teams, organized in the three main pillars; Daily Operation, Planning and Maintenance and Agreements and Supplier Management. In addition, there are two cross-cutting functions: the Competence Team and Center Management and Support.
