On this page you can read about how we apply cookies for registration of user data on the Danish Building and Property Agency's webpage.  
Our ambition is to continuously develop and improve, for which we use cookies to keep statistics on how the users use the website. We monitor which pages are the most visited, which web browsers are used etc.
Through the use of cookies we register the following:

  • If you have arrived at through another webpage e.g.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a passive data file, which websites store at your computer, telephone or a similar device, with the purpose of recognising your computer the next time drop by. Thereby, it is simply contributing to analyse how is used by the visitor.

Cookies cannot contain a virus or any similar programs. 

We never collect information about your visits on, which can trace back to you personally. As a visitor on our webpage you are always completely anonymous, unless you sign up for one of our services. When you sign up for a newsletter you are asked to provide your name and email address.

None of this information is passed on to other purposes. Neither to other units within the Danish Building and Property Agency nor to a third party.

Why do we inform about cookies?

All Danish websites are obligated to inform about which cookies they leave at the equipment of the users. The information should be in agreement with the "Notice on requirement of information and consent for the storage of and access to information on end-user terminal equipment" (Bekendtgørelse om krav til information og samtykke ved lagring af og adgang til oplysninger i slutbrugeres terminaludstyr).
